Here is a brief explanation of the top menu found throughout the software.

Description

At the top of the page is the toolbar. It will remain available regardless of the tab you are on. Here are the tools available.


Your name

Administration

  • Allows you to manage everything related to the company

    • Creation/deletion of employees

    • Documents and data

    • Billing

    • etc

❗ Only available to account administrators.

Settings

  • Allows you to manage personal and professional information, preferences, availability for appointments and more.

  • Allows you to refer Hexfit to other professionals and take advantage of discounts.

Promotional code

  • Allows you to obtain promotional codes on certain products and training courses

Lock/Log out

  • Requires re-entering password to log into account.


Help

Quick help

  • Provides one-click access to the most relevant help articles for the current page.

Academy

  • Provides access to various online video training.

  • If a video specific to the current page, you will be taken there automatically.

FAQ

  • Provides access to our online help articles.

Chat

  • Allows you to chat live with a Hexpert.

Request

  • Allows you to send us proposals for new features or improvements with the software.

From here, you will be able to see the status of the software. So if there should be a moment of downtime, you will know it.

Version

  • You can see which version of the website you're using. The first digits generally correspond to the current date. If this is not the case for you, we suggest you update your page.


⚠️ Available from a client or group file ⚠️

  1. Client picture

    • By clicking on the photo, you can add or modify it.

  2. Client file name and number (pencil).

    • You can change your client's name and file number.

  3. Chat bubble.

    • You can chat with your clients by chat by clicking on the “bubble” button located at the top of the screen.

    • Allows you to use our video conferencing tool.


“Actions” button

  1. Stakeholder

    • Allows you to see and modify the participants in the client's account.

  2. Billing

    • View paid invoices, pending invoices and customer balances.

  3. View the groups the customer is in.

    • Resend customer invitation or generate temporary password.
