Click on your name (top right of the screen);
Choose the option “to disconnect”.
Note also that this procedure only applies to registration for a university course. To subscribe as a student (without the request coming from a teacher), please contact a Hexpert.
A course leader will send you the link to connect to the software. Enter the address in the URL bar of your browser as shown in this image: hex.fit/school
You will then have an entity number to fill into the first rectangle, as well as a confirmation code to enter into the second. These two codes can be found in the email you received from your teacher.
You will then have a screen allowing you to enter your personal information and your payment information.
You can finish by paying for the number of sessions remaining in your studies. Each paid semester is valid for a period of 6 months***.
⚠️ N.B.: Semesters at Hexfit are for the periods from June to December and from January to June.
For example: By registering in September, you will be able to enjoy the session until December 31st.
Professional account already connected to Hexfit
If you already have a Hexfit account, you must log out before you can access the registration screen. To do this, click on your name (at the top right of the screen) and choose the option “Disconnect”.
Enter the hex.fit/school address again in the URL bar and repeat the steps.
Email already in use
Each Hexfit account must be linked to a unique email address. Thus, if you have a professional or client account linked to an email address:
You can use another email to create your student account.
You can also communicate with a Hexpert in order to be able to release it. Simply use the address you wish to have released to prove that you are the owner.
Address does not work
Make sure you entered the correct hex.fit/school address in the URL bar (not in Google and without the “www” at the beginning).
