Client: Synchronization of accounts

As a client, you can synchronize your smartwatches with Hexfit, as well as your calendar.

❗ This article is for customers. Users with professional accounts will be able to see the data collected, but not synchronize accounts.

By synchronizing your smartwatches with the Hexfit app, certain data can be collected in the Hexfit software for analysis by your professional.

Synchronization

Step by step (Application):

  1. Go to the Menu.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on the “Synchro” tab.

  4. Choose the account for which you want to sync.

  5. Click the button to the right of the item to synchronize.

  6. You will be redirected automatically to the website of the company in question (Google, Strava, Fitbit, Polar...).

    • Existing account: Enter your username and password.

    • New user: Create your account.

⚠️ Synchronization must be done through an email.

Identification from an external site (ex: Facebook) is not supported by Hexfit.


Via a web browser (Google Chrome)

Instead of going through the application, it is possible to synchronize through Google Chrome. This can be useful for using a computer or a tablet, for example.

  1. Click on the following address: app.myhexfit.com

  2. Log into your Hexfit customer account.

    • Use the same email and password as on the mobile app.

  3. Click on Settings.

  4. Click on the “Synchro” tab.

  5. Select the account for which you want to sync.

  6. Click the button to the right of the item to synchronize.

  7. You will be redirected automatically to the website of the company in question (Google, Strava, Fitbit or Polar).

    • Existing account: Enter your username and password.

    • New user: Create your account.

⚠️ Synchronization must be done through an email.

Identification from an external site (ex: Facebook) is not supported by Hexfit.


What the professional will be able to see


Watches

Data from watches will be displayed on the professional side.


Note that each watch sends us a certain amount of data and sometimes graphs.

Some companies, therefore, allow us to synchronize all the data analyzed, while others only allow a limited amount.

⚠️ Important

Only data recorded after synchronization will be imported into Hexfit.


Send a program to Garmin (BETA)

Send a program to Garmin (BETA)

It is possible to share a workout with a Garmin watch.

To do so:

  • From the Hexfit client application:

  • Open the program, then the desired session.

  • Clic "View".

  • Select the three dots at the bottom of the screen.

  • Then click on “Send to Garmin”.


Calendar

Connect to Google or Microsoft Calendar to add events created by your professional to your personal calendar.

Appointments will also be presented to your calendar.

Finally, any busy moments in Google or Microsoft will also be busy in Hexfit. Your professional will therefore be notified when you book an appointment that you already have something scheduled for that period.

💡 Events from Hexfit will be presented to your Google or Microsoft Calendar, but not vice versa.

Google or Microsoft Calendar events will not be displayed in Hexfit. Only non-busy moments will be accessible when making appointments.
