Good to know
Only new data will be transferred to Hexfit. Data saved in the watch before synchronization won't be.
Solutions
If your Fitbit watch data is not syncing with Hexfit, here are some possible solutions:
Make sure your watch is synced to the app
Go to the Menu at the bottom right of the screen.
Click on your name to go to the settings.
Go to the "Accounts Sync" tab.
Click the switch to the right of "Fitbit".
Follow the on-screen procedure.
2. Disconnect and reconnect the two applications
From your Fitbit app, go to “Applications”.
Make sure that "Activity" is in the accesses. If this is not the case, click on "Block access".
Then go back to synchronize from your Hexfit account (Point 1).
