Problems

If the data from your Fitbit watch does not sync with Hexfit, here are some solutions:

  1. Go check that your watch is well synchronized in the application
  • Menu
  • Tab: Synchronization of accounts

2. Disconnect and reconnect the two applications:

  • From your Fitbit app, go to “Applications”.
  • Make sure that "Activity" is in the accesses. If this is not the case, click on "Block access"
  • Then go back to synchronize from your Hexfit account (Point 1)
