Problems
If the data from your Fitbit watch does not sync with Hexfit, here are some solutions:
- Go check that your watch is well synchronized in the application
- Menu
- Tab: Synchronization of accounts
2. Disconnect and reconnect the two applications:
- From your Fitbit app, go to “Applications”.
- Make sure that "Activity" is in the accesses. If this is not the case, click on "Block access"
- Then go back to synchronize from your Hexfit account (Point 1)
