Origin

Charts are used to present and compare different information about clients.

These data come from different sources:

  • They can be entered manually by the professional or the client;

  • They can come from documents;

  • Smartwatches can transfer their data into the app.

Smart data

Data from the sources listed above is considered “smart”. That is to say, they allow automatic calculations, but they can also be demonstrated using graphs.

Manual entries

Although there are several possibilities, we recommend using the shortcut located in your selection of clients:

  1. Click on “Actions” located to the right of the desired client and choose the option “Save new data”;

  2. Choose the data to add;

  3. Enter the value and then choose the desired unit of measurement;

  4. If the measurement is taken on the day of recording, click on “record”.

  5. If you wish to enter a measurement taken on a date prior to the day of entry, click on “Advanced options”. So you can choose when it was taken.

  6. If you want to take one hour for the measurement, click on the clock icon (in the advanced options).

❗ By going to the Overview section of a client's file. You will have access to the same options and will also be able to view previously entered data.

Recording of data by the customer

The client can enter some data manually through the Hexfit app. The quantity is however limited.

In doing so, the professional ensures greater validity since it is he who makes the measurements and enters the data.

Document

When you create a document, you can embed “data” in it. So when filling out the document, when the box has been filled in by the professional or the client, this data will go directly to the “Overview” section of the client's file. They can also be selected to make graphics.

Smartwatches and apps

It is possible to connect some watches and apps in Hexfit. The resulting data will then be automatically recorded in the “Overview” section of the client's file.
