To complete a document in a client's file:

  1. Click on the "clients" tab and choose the one to send the document to;
  2. From the "summary" tab (by default), the interventions are at the top right of the page;
  3. Complete a "document" type intervention by choosing the one you want from the list.
  • To complete it yourself, click on "complete".
  • To send it to the customer for completion, click on "send to be completed by the customer *.

* In order for the customer to complete the document, the option must have been chosen at the "configuration" step.
