To complete a document in a client's file:
Click on the “Contacts” tab and choose the client or the group.
From the “overview” tab (by default), the interventions are at the top right of the page.
Complete the “document” type intervention by choosing the one you want from the list.
To fill it yourself, click on “complete”.
To send it to the client for completion, click on "send to client to be filled".*
* In order for the client to complete the document, the option must be selected at the “configuration” step.
