Here is the procedure to add or modify data such as your weight, height, etc.

In steps:

  1. Click on the "+" menu.

  2. Click on "data".

  3. Select the data (s) you want to fill in by clicking on it.

  4. Click on "Next".

  5. Enter values and select the unit of measurement.

  6. If desired, enter the date and time of the measurement for greater accuracy.

  7. Click on "Add".

⚠️ The data you have entered will be automatically entered in your file and accessible by your professional.
