Method 1: Mobile app
When a professional requests to become involved in your file, you will receive a message in the mobile app.
Log in to your account using the mobile app
Click on “Messenger”
Click on the message “Name of professional wishes to join your file”
Click on “ACCEPT”
A check mark should appear in the message indicating that the request has been approved. Your professional will then have access to your file and its information.
Method 2: Email
Check your email (the email address associated with your account).
Open the email from Hexfit and click on “I accept.”
Click on “Login to my account.”
Log in to your Hexfit account using your email address and password (the same as on the mobile app). ⚠️
Click on “Authorize.”
⚠️ ***Warning! If you click on “Forgot your password?,” the process will have to be started over, otherwise the approval will not be validated.

Email and messaging are not working
If you cannot find the email sent by your professional, as a customer, you can write to [email protected] so that we can synchronize your accounts for you.
Simply write in the message:
“I would like to authorize the name of the professional to access my Hexfit customer account.”
Approval successful
The new professional will now be able to access your account and share programs, meal plans, documents, etc.
They will also be able to see other items already in the account.
