To see this tab, your professional must have chosen this option and must see their availability entered. It is therefore possible that you do not have access to it. If this option interests you, do not hesitate to ask your professional to subscribe to it.
Enter your availability (Web Site) :
Go to the web version of the application: app.myhexfit.com.
Log in using the same email and password as on the mobile app.
Click on your name at the top right of the page and click on settings.
Select the "Availability" tab.
Choose the times available.
By default, the entire week will have the same availability. If you want to separate the days, click on "edit each day".
Click on the floppy disk (bottom right) to save.
Make an appointment (Mobile app):
Click on the " + " button.
Click on "schedule an appointment".
Step 1: Choose the professional with whom you want to make an appointment:
You can then choose a specific professional or
A branch in order to choose a professional there.
Step 2: Choose the type of event you want.
Step 3: Choose the time you want. ***
Step 4: You can confirm the information you entered or modify it as needed: When you click on "confirm", an email will be sent to you with the appointment information.
*** The software will find the moment when you and your professional have common availabilities.
⚠️ N.B.: The software will only display the times when the chosen professional and you have common availability.
To make it easier for you, we recommend syncing your Google Calendar with Hexfit. So the slots taken in your Google calendar will be considered as not available for making an appointment in Hexfit. Click here to find out more.
