💡 What is file sharing?

As a professional Hexfit user, you may be involved in the files of several clients, but clients may also have several professionals working on their files.

Ask to become a stakeholder in the file of a client who already has a Hexfit account

  1. Enter his email

  2. You will get this message:

  3. You will be given three choices:

1- Send a request for access to my client:

  • The customer will receive a request for approval by email and via messaging in the mobile app.

2- Create a new account ⚠️

  • A brand-new account will be created.

  • This account will be linked to an “ID.

  • The customer's email will go to the “secondary” location.

    • (They will not be able to use their email to log in to their new account).

  • An email will be sent to them allowing them to log in to their new account using their ID.

3- Send a request + Create a temporary account

  • An access request will be sent to the customer by email and via their account in the mobile app.

  • A new account will also be created. 📌📌

📌 You will need to wait for the client's approval to access their account.

  • Once approved, you will have access to the information already entered in their account (previous programs, data, interventions, etc.).

⚠️ As this is a new account, you will not have any history for this client.

📌📌 Once the request has been approved by the client, you will be able to merge the two accounts (the temporary and the old account).
