Archive

  1. Click on the “Contacts” tab.

  2. Select the desired customer.

  3. Click on the “Actions” button, then choose “Archive”.

Delete or remove from archive

Once the archive client is done, you can delete it.

  1. Click on the “Active” button and select the “Archived” option.

  2. Select the desired client.

  3. Click on “Actions” located at the top right of the page and click on the wanted option:

    1. Remove from archive.

    2. Delete.

⚠️ Email in use

When the “customer” is deleted, the account is only deactivated. Their account therefore continues to exist. Their email address will therefore still be considered as in use.

To release his email address, the customer must write to one of our Hexperts.

Other stakeholder

If there are several stakeholders involved in the client's file, and you archive it, only the link between you and the customer will be removed.

In doing so, the other professionals on the account will see it as still “Active” on their side.

To remove other professionals from the customer's account, go to the “Stakeholders” section and archive them.

Consequences for the customer

When a client is deleted, their plans will be archived. As a result, they will no longer have access to them.

On the professional side, they will be marked as archived. They can therefore be cloned to be reassigned in the future.

Remove access for the client

When the client is archived or deleted, they will still have access to the app. This allows them to use the messenger, read files, etc.

If you want to remove the client's access to the application, you can do so via the “Actions” button.

💡 Tip

This can be done whether the customer is archived or not.

This can be useful if, for example, the customer has an outstanding debt. You can then restore their access once their payments to you are up-to-date.
