Request document integration

Hexfit offers a service to integrate your documents into Hexfit format. You can find more information about the format to use in this article.

⚠️ Please note that you must have super administrator status (or authorization from the super administrator) to create or request document integration.

You must also have a plan that includes access to this feature.


Pricing

Document integration is a courtesy service offered free of charge by Hexfit. As such, there are certain limitations.

Our service offers reproduction in Hexfit and not a complete design. A document that is too complex or too long may be refused or require an additional payment for its implementation.

Please note that you will have access to most of the tools used. You can therefore create it yourself if you prefer.


Template

To reproduce your document, we will need a template. It can be in one of the following formats:

  • Excel/Sheets (Recommended)

  • Word/Google Doc

  • Google Forms

  • PDF*

  • Other freely accessible files

The document and request must be sent to support@hexfit.com.

Content

Here is the information we will need to recreate your document in Hexfit format:

💡 The clearer the request, the less likely it is that revisions will be necessary. Make sure you choose the right information from the outset.

  1. Name of the document to be created

    • Your entire company? A specific branch?

    • Should your customers be able to fill it out?

    • Should they have access to the completed version?

    • Should the document be available only to you?

  2. If there are formulas included in the document, make sure they are accessible and understandable for reproduction.

  3. If there are buttons to add, specify the type in the appropriate place in the document

    • Short text field

    • Long text field

    • Number

    • Linear scale

    • Drop-down menu

    • Data (enter the name it should have and the category it should be in)

💡 File or document?

If your file only contains information to be sent to the client (no questions or items to be recorded), it is not a document.

Instead, you should share this item in the “Cloud storafe” section.


Guidelines

  • We are not experts in your field. We do not need to understand the content of your document. We only need to transcribe the information into Hexfit format. Be as clear as possible.

  • The document must be in letter format (vertical) to be compatible with a phone. If it is in landscape format (horizontal), we will have to make major adjustments to the layout.

  • Provide us with all the necessary information.

  • Send us the final document. We should not be involved in your internal decision-making process.


Revision requests

  • Revision requests must be clear and supported by screenshots of the document.


Modifying an existing document in Hexfit

You can ask a Hexpert to clone a document or assessment that is already available in Hexfit. This allows you to modify it from your account.
