Attribution
Make sure the program is assigned to the correct client.
Program start date and duration
To make the program visible in the calendar, make sure the start date is on the desired date.
Otherwise, the program will appear in the client's activities only from the date chosen.
By default, the duration of the program is one week. Make sure you choose a realistic duration.
Visibility
In order for the customer to see their program, the visibility of the program must include your customer: "me + my customer", "my branch + my customer", "my company + my customer" or "everyone".
Program - "Confirmation" section
Make sure the program is published. Until it is, the program will not be visible to your customer. It will be considered a draft.
You will get a notification telling you if your customer will be able to view their program from the app. Make sure all options (including eye) are checked and green. Otherwise, your customer will not be able to see their program in the app.
Activities tab
Client activity tab
Items found in a customer's "activity" tab will also be in the "activities" tab in the customer's application.
Group activity tab
In a group, you can see the activities in the same way as for a customer. On the other hand, it is possible that certain members of the group were excluded from a specific activity.
So check the client's file, under their activities to be sure it is included and can see it in their calendar.
