How to change the access right of my program

Permissions so that other professionals can view or modify a program are called access rights.

The same principle applies to programs, meal plans, customized documents, goals, and other items.


Edit the access rights of a program

Step by step

  1. From your program, click on “Advanced settings.”

  2. Then click on the gear icon ⚙️.

    • Select the professional you want to give access rights to.

    • If it's for your entire company, choose which rights to give them.

  3. Click on “Save.”

❗ If you cannot modify the program, it means that another professional created it, and you do not have the rights to do so.


Whole business or professional in particular

  1. You can assign rights to your whole business.

  2. You can choose specific professionals to whom you want to assign additional rights:

    • Click on “Search for colleagues or branches.”

    • Enter the first few letters of their name and select the person when they appear in the list.

    • Select the rights you want to assign to them.

💡 In the example above:

  • Henry Anderson is the owner of the program (he has all the rights)

  • Martine has been granted rights to read and edit the program

  • The rest of the company has rights to read the program
