To view programs created by another professional:
The program must include visibility settings that allow other professionals to view it.
The other professional must be one of the client's or group's stakeholder.
To become a stakeholder in the client's file, the professional must request access to the file. The file may also have been shared by an active stakeholder.

Exclusions:
“Read-only” professionals (free) cannot view groups. They therefore cannot view programs assigned to a group.

Even if a professional can see a program, they may not necessarily be able to edit it. To do so, they must be the creator or have the necessary access rights.
