General visibility

Visibility level controls what can be seen and by whom it can be seen. This level can be chosen for several elements.

Here are the elements that depend on visibility

Several elements depend on the level of visibility granted to them in order to be seen by clients or other professionals. Here is the list:


In all of these, visibility can include:

  • The professional only (the one who creates the element);

  • Its branch;

  • His entire business (including all branches if there are any);

  • * The professional and the client;

  • * The branch and the client;

  • * The company and the client.

⚠️ The client must be included in visibility in order to see items from the app.


1. Program

When creating a program, you can choose who will be able to see it. You can also modify it for an already designed program.

The visibility of the program can be chosen or modified at the information step. This is the first one in the program.

This is also where you can modify all general information such as: The name of the program, its duration, mark it as a model, its recipient, etc.

❗ N.B .: In order for the client to be able to see his program in the application, he must be included in the visibility. (+ My client)


2. Food plan

When creating a food plan, you can choose who will be able to see it. You can also modify it your work on an already designed plan.

The visibility of the plan can be modified at the information step.

It is also in this place where you can modify all the general information such as: The name of the plan, its duration, the recipient, etc.

❗ N.B.: For your client to see their plan in the app or for another professional to see from the client file, visibility must include them.

3. Objectives

The client's objective can be determined through the client's file. It can be further subdivided into secondary objectives if desired. The client will also be able to mark the secondary objectives as "done" if they are shared with him.

It can be chosen or modified by going to the client's file, then choosing the "objective" tab.

The objective can be seen by all stakeholders and if the client is chosen, he will also be able to see it on the application on a mobile device.

Note that only the person who created the objective can edit its visibility.

4. Documents

By creating or modifying a document, you can change its visibility. To do so:

  1. Go to administration (under your name at the top right);

  2. Go to the "documents" tab;

  3. Click on "create a document" or on "action" => "modify";

  4. You can make the modification from the "configuration" section.


5. Files

Files are items that have been placed in the client's file by the client himself, by the professional or may have been added automatically, for example in the case of a document completed in the Hexfit format.

Visibility can be changed:

  1. Choose the desired client;

  2. Then go to the "files" tab;

  3. Click on the folder or directly choose the desired file.

Visibility is at the bottom of the page and is written in blue.

To change it, just click on the colored letters.

6. Model events

Model events are used for making appointments. Thus, you can make that only you can see these events, include your colleagues or your client.

❗ Note that in order for your client to make an appointment, he must be able to choose from the model events that are offered to him.

By creating or modifying a model event, you can change its visibility. To do so:

  1. Go to administration (under your name at the top right);

  2. Go to the "model events" tab;

  3. Click on "create a model event" or directly on the event to modify.
