Make sure the client has access to their food plans in the app, both in their activities and in their plans

Attribution

To do this, go to the customer file, under the “Plans” tab.

The nutritional plans section is under the training plans section.

To change the recipient, go to the “information” section of the plan and choose the correct recipient.


Visibility

The visibility of the plan should include your client:

Once again, you can modify it from the “information” section.


Published plan

Drafts are invisible to customers and other professionals. Be sure to publish your plan to make it visible.


Confirmation

At the confirmation stage, make sure that the plan has been published.

You will get a notification telling you whether it will be visible, or not, from the app.

Make sure all options (including eye) are checked and green.
