First you need to make sure that the plan is assigned to the correct client.

To do this, go to the Nutrition tab, then the "Plans" sub-tab. You should see the client's name in the "Created for" column.

To change the recipient, go to the "information" section of the plan and choose the correct recipient. Click here to find out more.

Plan date

In order for the meal plan to be visible in the client's calendar (activities tab), make sure you are in "Active calendar" mode. You can then create a plan with specific dates. Click here to find out more.

Make sure the start date as well as the end date match.

Visibility

The visibility of the plan should include your client: "me + my client", "my branch + my client", "my business + my client" or "everyone".

Confirmation

At the confirmation stage, make sure that the plan has been published.

You will get a notification telling you whether or not it will be visible from the app.

Make sure all options (including eye) are checked and green.

Activities tab

Client

By going to a client's file, you will be able to see his calendar ("Activities" tab).

The events and plans found there will also be in the "Activities" tab of the application.

The client will therefore be able to see them.

Group

In a group, you can see the activities in the same way as for a client. On the other hand, it is possible that some members of the group were excluded from a specific activity.

So check the client's file, under their activities to be sure it is included and can see it in their calendar.
