View your monthly calendar

  1. Click on the “calendar” icon.

  2. To change the month, swipe to the right or left.

  3. When there is a colored dot under a day, it means that there is an activity associated with that day.

N.B.: The session summary is shared between the client and their professional. If either party deletes the session, it will disappear for the other party as well.

Completing a session

Change the week

By default, the software will select the most relevant week (based on the start date and current date, as well as the duration of the program).

If you wish to select another week:

  • Click on the desired program.

  • Click on “SEE” for the desired session.

  • Select the week.

“Automatic session playback”

This option allows you to access the built-in timer during timed exercises and breaks.

It is particularly useful for programs that include circuits.

Each time the client presses the “Next” button, the exercise will be validated.

*List may vary depending on your professional's prescription

  1. Exercise title.

    • Allows you to watch the video and read the description of the exercise.

  2. Number of sets.

  3. Prescription of the number of repetitions/loads and other elements.

    • You can validate what the professional has entered or enter the actual number achieved.

  4. Custom element prescribed by the professional.

    • This element can only be read, not modified.

  5. Add a note

    • The note will be visible to the professional, and you will find it in your history.

  6. View your entire session.

    • Allows you to view the entire session, including both completed and upcoming exercises.

💡 Tip

The session percentage button (7. View your entire session) allows you to navigate from one exercise to another without having to exit automatic playback.

This is very useful if a machine is occupied, and you need to come back to it later.

To switch to another exercise:

  • Click on the “percentage” at the bottom of your session.

  • Choose the exercise you want to go to.

Manual mode

  1. To mark a set as done:

    • Check the box to the right of the set.

  2. To mark an exercise as completed:

(all sets will be marked as done, as prescribed)

    • Click on “Mark exercise as completed.”

  3. To enter details about an exercise:

    • Click on the exercise to be completed.

    • Enter the desired information for each set.

    • Once finished, click on “Next exercise in the session” or “Back.”

Validate your training

  1. Click on “End session.”

    • If you have not completed all the exercises, you can “Confirm without completing the exercises.”

  2. Send comments to your professional (optional) and note your perception of the effort.

  3. To save your session, click on “Save.”

⚠️ It is mandatory to click “Save” for it to be validated.
