Exercise history

There are several ways for professionals to compare financial performance over time:

1. When creating or editing a session

When creating or editing a workout, you can view the exercise history:

  • Click “Actions

  • Then click “See details

  • In the right-hand section, you'll find the history for that exercise

2. In a session, “Plans” tab

This allows you to compare the exercise with others and track its progress over time, all in one view.

To compare, click “Show Results” for the different dates.

3. Using the “magnifying glass.”

The history will then show all the times the client has performed the exercise, regardless of their plan.

Step by step:

  1. Click on the Plans.

  2. Select a program, then the session that contains the exercise you want to view.

  3. See program

  4. Results

  5. Click on the magnifying glass under the name of the exercise.

  6. View the exercise history from the oldest to the most recent date.

💡 Tip

The Graph tab will give you a visual representation of the history using a curve.
