Free access programs

You can share programs with your customers for free access. This allows them to download them to their account or not.

Creating a client group

Programs must be shared with client groups so that they can be selected.

To allow all your clients to choose programs, simply add them to a global group.

Sharing with the group

From the program's advanced settings, you can then “make the program available in open access.”

💡 A program shared for free access will be marked as in this example.

Sort programs by category

You can create custom categories by going to your account administration section.

This will allow the customer to view a cover image (optional) and find programs more easily.

To add a free-to-air program to the desired category, go to the advanced settings.

Finding a program on the client side

The client will be able to search among the programs available for free access from their account.

For the “Free access programs” button to appear:

  • There must be programs shared for free access by the professional.

  • The client must be part of at least one group in which a program is shared.

If you have created a category, the customer will first need to select the one they want.

The programs in that category will then be displayed. The customer can also search within that category.

Searching for a program

Programs can be searched for by plan name or keyword.

To make it easier for clients to find programs that meet their needs, it is recommended that you enter relevant keywords in the advanced settings.
