Synchronizing your clients:
All your Hexfit customers will be synchronized with Hexfit Lab.
Just make sure they have a birthday (mandatory for import.)
Some tests require measurements. This is the case, for example, with jumping tests, which require the length of bent and stretched legs.
To add it, you need to enter the data in Hexfit. It will then be automatically synchronized in Hexfit Lab.
Manual synchronization
It is possible to force synchronization. To do so, go to Settings, under the “Accounts” tab.
Click on “Synchronize” to the right of Hexfit Lab.
Test results
Once tests have been carried out using Hexfit Lab, they will be automatically synchronized in Hexfit (coming soon).
Launch a test
Click on the tests tab.
Choose the desired category.
Select the customer(s) for whom you wish to analyze the test.
Click on the desired test.
You can watch the tutorial video or proceed to the analysis by clicking on “Launch”.
To download the video you've taken, click on the triangle symbol in the square.
Enter video parameters as required.
Use the timeline to select the start and end of the test.
Click on the graph icon at the top right of the page to see the results.
To save, click on the check mark. Select the customer(s) and “Save”.
