Launch a test

  1. Click on the Tests tab.

  2. Choose the desired category (Strength, Movement, Endurance).

  3. Select the client or clients for whom you want to analyze the test.

  4. Click on the check mark when you are ready.

  5. Click on the desired test.

    • ⚠️ In some cases, the tests are separated by body section.

  6. To watch the tutorial video, press the “Play” button.

  7. To proceed to the analysis, click on “Start”.

Power test

The power tests will ask you to upload a video that you have taken. Then click on the triangle in a square symbol to import it.

Then enter the video parameters.

To do the analysis*:

*Varies according to the test. There may be differences depending on the test selected.

  1. Enter the load lifted by the subject.

  2. Using the scroll bar or the buttons, you can choose the exact moment when the movement begins and ends in the image.

💡 The +1, -1 buttons allow you to move forward or backward exactly one frame in your video. With higher quality recording, you will have more frames per second, and therefore more precision.

  3. Once the correct part of the movement has been selected in the image:

    • Click on the word corresponding to the beginning of the movement (Takeoff, Release, etc.).

    • Do the same for the end of the movement (Landing, Zenith, etc.).

    • If the test requires it, add the corresponding videos to the other attempts made for the movement. To do this, click on the “+” that appears in the middle of the screen.

  4. Click on the 📈 icon to go to the results' analysis stage.

At this stage, you can still go back to make corrections to the analysis.

When you are ready to validate the test, click on the validation ✔️.
