Start a test
Click on the Tests tab.
Choose the desired category (Power, Morphology, Endurance).
Select the customer(s) you want to test:
To select a single customer, click on their name.
To select more than one, click the checkbox to the left of their name, then click the checkmark to confirm.
Click on the desired test.
To proceed to the analysis, click on “Start”.
Endurance test
The endurance tests will ask the subjects to listen to a sound recording that they will have to follow during the test. Make sure that it is possible for them to do so throughout.
When the evaluator and the subjects are ready, start the test.
Every time a subject has to stop the test, mark it as finished.
The system will then calculate the data related to the test (e.g., VO2 Max, VAM).
When you are ready to validate the test, click on the validation ✔️.
Test history
Once the tests have been completed in Hexfit Lab, you can find the history in Hexfit.
Thanks to the interventions, you will have access to information about past tests.
The data will also be available in the “Data” section of the client file.
