Launch a test
Click on the Tests tab.
Select the client or clients for whom you want to analyze the test.
Click on the check mark when you are ready.
Click on the desired test.
To watch the tutorial video, press the “Play” button.
To proceed to the analysis, click on “Start”.
Movement tests
The video or photo must be taken live. When this is the case, click on the circle to start recording.
Measurements
The measurement test only requires two photos, one from the front and one from the side. The software then takes all measurements.

Squat tests, Frontal observation of the trunk and Back analysis:
Select the view (frontal, lateral, rear, etc.).
Then pick the part of the body.
Select the elements that apply.
When you are ready to validate the test, click on the validation ✔️.
Shoulder rotation
Take a photo by placing the guides in the appropriate places on the subject's body.
In the application, adjust the lines following the arms
The system will calculate the angles.
Repeat these actions for the external and internal rotations of the left and right arms.
Postural balance
Take a photo of the subject from the side.
Make sure you ask them to respect the criteria necessary for the analysis.
Place the targets in the corresponding places on the body parts in the photo.
Once all five have been placed, a menu will open allowing you to choose an imbalance, if any.
When you are ready to validate the test, click on the validation ✔️.
The system will then tell you what would be beneficial to strengthen and stretch in the subject.
Click on the ✔️ again to save it.
Test history
Once the tests have been completed in Hexfit Lab, you can find the history in Hexfit.
Thanks to the interventions, you will have access to information about past tests.
The data will also be available in the “Data” section of the client file.
