Edit the information associated with a client's account
- Click on the “contacts” tab and select the client for whom you wish to modify the information. 
- From the “overview” tab, scroll down your page to "Informations" section. 
- Click on edit. 
Edit customer name or file number
- Click on the icon to the right of the file number. 
- A menu allowing you to change the information will open. 
- Confirm changes. 
Visibility for the client
The client file is only visible from a professional account.
On the other hand, the customer will only see:
- Full name 
- Password 
- E-mail address 
- Date of birth 
- Language 
- Unit system 
For the customer to be able to connect to his account, the e-mail address used must be assigned to “main”.
The secondary e-mail is only used to write to him under another address.
| If a username is in the main location, it's the username (not the e-mail) that the customer must use to connect to his account. 
 If you add an e-mail after you've created the account, you'll be able to “Resend invitation” to allow your customer to create their password and access their account. |
