Creating a client account
The account must be created by a user with a professional account.
Email sent
Once the professional has created your account, you will receive an email.
This email will contain a link allowing you to log in to your customer account.
The initial password will be set automatically, but you will then need to modify it to the one you want (permanent). Enter it a second time to confirm.
💡 If you cannot find your welcome email, check your spam folder. If it is not there either, ask the person who created your account to check that they entered the correct address. |
Using the mobile app
By default, the email opens your account via the website.
We recommend using the mobile app afterwards.
To download it, use one of these links:
💡 To log in, use the username displayed in the welcome email. This may be your email address or a different username.

Further information
If you already have a customer account, your new professional can request access to it (instead of creating a new one from scratch).
