Check your email box (main box and SPAM);
Open the email from Hexfit and click on "I accept";
Click on "Login to my account";
Log into your Hexfit account using your email and password (the same as on the mobile app).
Click on "Authorize".
The professional will now be able to access your account and thus share programs, food plans, documents, etc.
If you can't find the email, you can write to [email protected] to have us sync for you.
Simply write in the message:
"I would like to authorize professional's name to access my Hexfit account."
