Client - How to approve a professional's request

When a new professional wishes to access your existing Hexfit customer account, you will need to approve it. Here's how.

  1. Check your email box (main box and SPAM);

  2. Open the email from Hexfit and click on "I accept";

  3. Click on "Login to my account";

  4. Log into your Hexfit account using your email and password (the same as on the mobile app).

  5. Click on "Authorize".

  6. The professional will now be able to access your account and thus share programs, food plans, documents, etc.


Further information

Simply write in the message:

"I would like to authorize professional's name to access my Hexfit account."
