Client: View and add files

As a customer, you can share files such as photos and videos with your professional.

View and share files from the app

  1. Go to the Menu.

  2. Click on the “Files” tab.

    • By clicking on a file, you can open it and view its contents.

    To share:

  3. Click on “Upload” at the top of the page.

  4. Select the file you want to share from your phone.


Upload via a web browser (Google Chrome)

  1. Go to the following link: app.myhexfit.com/

  2. Enter your username and password

    (the same ones used on the mobile app).

  3. Click on the “Files” tab.

    • By clicking on a file, you can open it and view its contents.

    To share:

  4. Click on “Upload” at the top of the page.

  5. Select the file you want to share.

You can also share images from your messages.


File visibility

From the “Files” section, you can see all the files, documents, etc. that have been shared with you by your professional and that you can view.


Import a file into a specific folder

To do this, simply enter the desired folder, then click on “upload” to add the file.

⚠️ Warning

The folder must have been created by the professional and include the client in its visibility settings.

Files created by the software (e.g., when publishing a document) are secure and cannot be used to add other types of files.


Additional information

  • The limit is 200 MB per file.
