Creating goals is very motivating for your clients. You can create a more general primary goal first and then break it down into a secondary goal. These objectives can be shared with your client if you wish.
When shared with your client, they can mark their secondary goals as successful, which allows them to be even more involved in the process.
Creating a secondary objective (Sub objective)
Click on the "Contacts" tab.
Choose the client for whom you want to create a secondary goal.
Click on the "objective" tab.
4-A If this is a new objective, you will need to create a primary objective first, since the secondary objectives will flow from it.
4-B *** If it is an existing objective for which you wish to add secondary goals, click on the desired one.
5-B. Click on "edit" at the left of the page.

6. Click on the "+";
7. Choose if it is a goal related to:
A "text" objective (An objective that you can describe as you see fit)
N.B.: You can create as many secondary objectives as you want.
Visibility for the customer
In order for the client to see the secondary objectives, the primary objective must have a level of visibility that includes the client.
