To see this tab, your professional must have chosen this option and have made their availability themselves. It is therefore possible that you do not have access to it. If this option interests you, do not hesitate to ask your professional to subscribe to it.

N.B .: You must first enter your availability in order to be able to make an appointment. The software will search for the times when the chosen professional and you will have common availability.

For your convenience, we recommend syncing your Google Calendar (if you use one) with Hexfit. The time slots taken from your Google calendar will therefore be considered as unavailable for making an appointment in Hexfit. Click here to find out more.

Enter your availability:

  1. Go to the menu (Three vertical lines at the top left of the application);
  2. Click on the "Appointment" tab;
  3. Click on "Add your availability";
  4. You can enter your availability for each day of the week independently or all the same. You can do the same for the weekend;
  5. Click on the floppy disk (bottom right) to confirm.

Make an appointment :

  1. Go to the menu (Three vertical lines at the top left of the application);
  2. Click on the "Appointment" tab;
  3. Click on "Schedule an appointment";
  4. Step 1: Choose the professional with whom you want to make an appointment: Choose a professional or a branch in order to choose a professional in the latter;
  5. Step 2: Choose the type of event you want.
  6. The software will find the moment when you and your professional have common availabilities. You can then choose the appropriate time from those displayed.
  7. Step 3: You can confirm the information you entered or modify it as needed: When you click on "confirm", an email will be sent to you with the appointment information.
