There are three possible procedures to assign a program to a client
Option 1: Create a new program from the selection of clients
- Go to the customer tab;
- Hover over the desired customer;
- Click on "+ Add" which is under program;
- Click on "+ Create a new program";
- Enter the information. To go to the design, click on "create". To see the advanced options of the information step, click on "Edit details" instead.
N.B.: The program will be assigned automatically to the chosen customer.
Existing program
If you want to put an existing program on a client's calendar instead, click here.
Option 2: Via the customer's account - Create a new program
- Go to the customer tab;
- Choose the client to whom you want to assign a program;
- Once in the client's file, go to the "Plan" tab;
- Click on the "+" at the bottom right of the page;
- Choose "Create a program";
- You can then create a program that will be assigned directly to the chosen customer.
Option 3: Via the "Exercises" tab - Create a new program or choose an already existing one.
- From the main menu, go to the "Exercises" tab;
- You can create a program or choose an already existing program;
Create:
- If you choose to create a new program, click on the "+ Create" at the top right;
- First put a title (otherwise you will get an error message);
- Enter the recipient's name. The program will then be assigned to him;

Already existing program:
- Choose the desired program;
- We always suggest making a clone in order to work from a copy of the program. To do this, click on the three dots on the right and choose clone;
- You can then make the desired modifications to the program and put the name of the desired customer as the recipient;
- Click on "save + next";
- Choose the sessions;
- Click on "save + next" again;
- Click publish.
❕ You can also add a group as a recipient. The program will therefore be sent to all customers of the group.
