In steps:
Add a session to an existing program
- Click on the “Programs” tab. 
- Click on the “Actions” button located to the right of the program you wish to edit. 
- Select the option “Edit program”. 
- Click on the “Clone a workout”. 
- Choose it or the desired sessions. 
- Confirm by clicking on “Save”. 
Creation of a new program
- Click on “+ Create a program”. 
- Choose whether it is an assigned program or a template. 
- Enter the basic information. 
- Click on “Create a workout,” then choose “Clone a workout.” 
- Choose the desired workout(s) and save.

Origin of the session to clone
Current program:
- The session comes from the program in which you are currently. 
Templates:
- The session can be cloned from one of your model programs. 
All the trainings:
- It may have been cloned from any program you have. 
Program or workout?
A program contains one or more workouts.
Here is an example of a program containing two workouts:
Program: “Hypertrophy”
- Session 1: “Upper body”. 
- Session 2: “Lower body”.
