Scaling
In cross-training, there are often alternative exercises to decrease or increase the difficulty of the session.
To avoid adding exercises to the session and changing the automated calculations, we recommend creating an alternative session called “scaling” with the selected exercises.
The client can then select to do the standard or modified session.
This step is optional.
