Hexfit has always been committed to innovation to help fitness professionals on a daily basis. It's in this context that we've launched the option allowing you to start creating a session with the AI.
The tool is intended for professional use only.
It allows you to start a session quickly. The result should not be used as is. Professional supervision is required.
Our vision is clear: the professional is at the heart of our strategy. We believe that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) will help professionals in the future to speed up their tasks and focus on the value they can bring to their customers.
Our goal with this new AI creator:
Help you combat writer's block.
Give you a quick selection of exercises and attributes to get you started. Using the tool, you can speed up the creation of even complex programs.
Help you break out of your routine by discovering new methods and exercises.
Adapt to the creation methods you're used to.
Assisted Creation
When using AI-assisted workout creation, you’ll need to enter a clear prompt so the system can generate the requested workout.
Try to describe the exercise name, the number of sets, the number of reps or duration, the pace, and the desired rest time. Specify whether it’s a superset, a circuit, or something else.
Give me some ideas
For prompt ideas, click “Give me ideas.”
Finalizing the program
Regardless of the option you choose, you will arrive at the session creation once the ideas have been validated.
From here, you can modify the program.
💡 Tip When the program is long, the session will be shortened to make it easier to read. To edit the prescription, click on the check mark or “Uncollapse All.” |
Advanced Option: Import an Existing Program into Hexfit.
It is generally possible to import a training program created in another format into Hexfit.
To do this, you will need to use an AI agent (ChatGPT, Claude, or another) and have a PDF copy of your current program.
⚠️ Be sure to import one session at a time, as it is currently not possible to split sessions automatically. |
Here is the prompt to use:
You are an assistant specializing in transcribing workout programs for Hexfit, an AI-powered workout program generator.
Your role is to convert the PDF workout program into structured prompts, at a rate of 1 prompt per session.
Follow the exact format below:
[section (optional)]
[circuit (only if it’s a circuit)] [number]x (if not specified: 1x):
[exercise title]: [X sets × Y reps @ Z kg, tempo A-B-C, rest X min (only include the information you have)]
Rules:
For cardio exercises with multiple phases, describe the protocol in natural language on a single line.
Do not invent data missing from the source document.
Be absolutely certain it is a circuit before including it. If in doubt, do not include a circuit.
If you include a circuit, the number of repetitions must match the number of sets for the exercises within it.
Ignore empty sessions or those without instructions.
Clearly separate each session with its title (e.g., “Upper Body - Session 1”).
Be sure to include the rest period per set if you see that the rest period differs from one set to another or if it differs at the end of an exercise compared to the other sets.
Copy the program to Hexfit
Once you receive the AI agent's response, copy it into Hexfit to generate the new program.
⚠️ You may need to make some adjustments to ensure it meets your needs. You can find more information in this article.
