Hexfit has always been committed to innovation to help fitness professionals on a daily basis. It's in this context that we've launched the option allowing you to start creating a session with the AI.

The tool is intended for professional use only.

It allows you to start a session quickly. The result should not be used as is. Professional supervision is required.

Our vision is clear: the professional is at the heart of our strategy. We believe that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) will help professionals in the future to speed up their tasks and focus on the value they can bring to their customers.

Our goal with this new AI creator:

  • Help you combat writer's block.

  • Give you a quick selection of exercises and attributes to get you started. Using the tool, you can speed up the creation of even complex programs.

  • Help you break out of your routine by discovering new methods and exercises.

  • Adapt to the creation methods you're used to.

Assisted Creation

Assisted creation gives you two options: build from natural language text, or create a program from scratch based on your client's goals.

Give me some ideas

Answer the three questions and add additional instructions such as the equipment available at the gym or at the client's home, the number of exercises desired, the client's preferences, or even the desired configurations for the exercises.

Build from text

This tool is particularly useful if you are used to creating programs in text format in Word or Excel, for example.

  • Copy and paste the exercises and program configurations you have already created in Word or Excel.

  • Or type in the names of the exercises and desired configurations.

Finalizing the program

Regardless of the option you choose, you will arrive at the session creation once the ideas have been validated.

From here, you can modify the program.

💡 Tip

When the program is long, the session will be shortened to make it easier to read.

To edit the prescription, click on the check mark or “Uncollapse All.”
