The duration of the exercise or session;
The tonnage (Number of sets X Repetitions X Loads);
Time under tension;
The number of repetitions (Series X Repetitions);
The number of calories expended (Workout only).
For statistics on a complete session:
Click on the duration.
For statistics on a particular exercise:

On the paper and pencil icon
or
Actions ⇾ See details
The Stats will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
