At the program "design" step
Click on the " i " to the left of the exercice, current session, or other session in your program.
You will be able to see different elements that will be calculated automatically including:
The duration of the exercise or session;
The total volume (Number of sets X Repetitions X Loads);
Time under tension;
The number of repetitions (Series X Repetitions);
The number of calories expended (Workout only).
