By default, a customer account will be created for you at the same time as your business account. To use it, please follow the steps below.
Step by step
Download the mobile app from your smartphone:
To log in to the customer account, use the following information:
Username:
The “Username” is listed in the customer folder under your name. (see image below)
Password:
Same password as your professional account.
Once logged in as a customer, experience the app from their perspective and explore the features offered by the mobile app:
Complete a workout program.
Fill out your food diary.
Create a new activity.
Record data.
And much more!
