Sharing documents from the app
To share files with his (or her) professional(s) from the application, the client must:
Go to the Menu (bottom right of the application).
Click on the “Files” tab.
If he clicks on a file, he can open it from here and see its contents.
Click on “Upload” at the top of the page.
Choose the file to share from your phone.
Visibility of documents
⚠️ From the “Files” tab, the client will be able to see all the files, documents, etc., which have been shared by a professional and whose visibility includes it.

N.B.: The mobile app remains the tool of choice for the client. On the other hand, it is possible to use a web browser to use certain functions. The browser can also be used on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Upload using a web browser (Google Chrome)
To do this, the client must:
Click on the following link: https://app.myhexfit.com/.
Enter his username and password (the same ones he uses on the application).
Go to the “Cloud Storage” tab.
Click on the “Add a document” button.
Select the file to import from his device.
Using the website, it is possible for the client to add a file to a specific folder.
To do this, simply enter the desired folder, then click on “Add a document” to add the file there.
⚠️ Attention: The folder must have been created by the professional. A file must have been added, and its visibility must include the client.
❗ Folders created by the software (e.g., when publishing a document) are secure and cannot be used to add other types of files.

The limit is 200 m.b. per file.
