Sharing documents from the app

To share files with his (or her) professional(s) from the application, the client must:

  1. Go to the Menu (bottom right of the application).

  2. Click on the “Files” tab.

    • If he clicks on a file, he can open it from here and see its contents.

  3. Click on “Upload” at the top of the page.

  4. Choose the file to share from your phone.

Visibility of documents

⚠️ From the “Files” tab, the client will be able to see all the files, documents, etc., which have been shared by a professional and whose visibility includes it.

To learn more about visibility, click here.

N.B.: The mobile app remains the tool of choice for the client. On the other hand, it is possible to use a web browser to use certain functions. The browser can also be used on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Upload using a web browser (Google Chrome)

To do this, the client must:

  1. Click on the following link: https://app.myhexfit.com/.

  2. Enter his username and password (the same ones he uses on the application).

  3. Go to the “Cloud Storage” tab.

  4. Click on the “Add a document” button.

  5. Select the file to import from his device.

Using the website, it is possible for the client to add a file to a specific folder.

To do this, simply enter the desired folder, then click on “Add a document” to add the file there.

⚠️ Attention: The folder must have been created by the professional. A file must have been added, and its visibility must include the client.

❗ Folders created by the software (e.g., when publishing a document) are secure and cannot be used to add other types of files.

Further information

  • The limit is 200 m.b. per file.
