Here is the procedure for getting help with the Hexfit app.

As a client, you can get help in three ways:

  1. Check out our online help articles (FAQ).

  2. Communicate with your professional.

  3. Contact one of our Hexperts.

  • Click on the menu (Three lines located at the bottom right of the application).

  • Click on the “? FAQ“ button.

  • You can then open your web browser to search in our frequently asked questions.


Communicate with your professional

To communicate with your professional, use the application's messenger.

  1. Write a message in the text section.

  2. Send images and short videos.

  3. You can send audio messages.

  4. Emojis can be found here.

To delete a message, press and hold it.


Contact our Hexperts

  • Click on the menu (Three lines located at the bottom right of the application).

  • Click on the “Support” button.

⚠️ N.B: Support directs you to your mailbox.

The message will be directed to the Hexfit support team.
