What is a model program?
Models serve as a framework to provide a basis for creating programs. They can be shared with clients or other professionals within the company.
Creation of a new program
Click on “+ Create a Program”.
Select “Template”
From an already existing program
Click on the “Programs” tab.
Select the “Actions” button at the right of the desired program, then choose “Clone + Assign to client/group”.
Under the program name, click on the star.
When it is blacked out, the program is a template.

⚠️ Warning:
To make a program a template, it must be recipient free. |
See your template programs
Click on “All Programs” and choose the “Templates” option.
Thus, only your “Templates” programs will be displayed.
