Add a recurring event
Step by step:
Click on the “Contacts” tab, then select the desired customer.
Go to the ‘Activities’ tab.
Click “+ Add event.”
Enter the details (titles, times, activities, etc.), then select the recurrence.
Example
“Repeat all”:
Once only;
“X” days, weeks, months, or years.
In this example, the event will be repeated every 14 days (every two weeks).
Weeks
The choice of the week option allows you to choose the precise day of the week when the event will be displayed.
In this example, the event will be repeated every week, on Wednesday, four times.
Recurring appointments
You can create recurring appointments in the same way as other types of activities.
Click on the “Contacts” tab, then select the desired customer.
Go to the “Activities” tab.
Select the “template” section.
Drag and drop your appointment.
Enter the details (titles, times, activities, etc.) and choose the recurrence.
Delete a recurring event
Step by step:
Click on the event to delete or the first of the events when there are several to remove;
Choose the desired option:
“This event”:
Deletes only the selected event
“This event and the following”:
Delete this event and all those that will follow *
“All events”:
Removes all past and future items from the chosen event *
* Delete the events in the chosen series (does not affect other customer events). |
