What is an event sequence?
This tool allows you to plan items that will then be added to a client's or group's activities.
This is particularly useful for sending recurring items to standard profiles.
For example, in the case of a beginner client whose goal is weight loss:
You could ask them to fill out a feedback form about their workouts each month, add a task to weigh themselves each week, send them a new workout plan (preselected) every five weeks, and more. This would be part of a sequence.
Once the session has been created, all you have to do is drag and drop it into the activities.
Step by step:
Go to Administration
Click on the “Events” tab
Go to the “Sequences of events” section
Create a sequence
Choose the start time and type of event to add
Choose the options (title, recurrence, visibility, etc.)
Do the same for the other events in your sequence
Once you're done, click “Save”
💡 VisibilityTo change the visibility of the sequence, click on the advanced settings. Use the gear icon ⚙️ to modify access rights.

Apply the sequence to a client or group
Select the desired client or group
Go to the “Activities” tab
Select the “Sequences” section
Drag and drop your sequence to the date you want it to start
