In steps
Click on the “Exercises” tab.
Click on “Actions” to the right of the program, and choose “Edit program”.
Click on “Edit” at the right of the session.
Make the change, and save the session.
❗ A program contains sessions. By default, the first session will have the same title as the program.
You can easily change this by following the previous steps. |
