By using the mobile application, the customer can participate in the achievement of his objectives. Here is now how he can complete a document sent by a professional:

  1. When a document needs to be completed, the customer receives a notification and can access it through the notifications icon at the top right of the screen (bell symbol);

  2. He must then click on the notification asking to complete the document in question;

  3. He must complete the document. If a box is gray, it is automatically filled. It is normal not to be able to add text or numbers to it;

  4. When it is finished, he must click on "Publish" so that the professional who takes care of the account can see the data.
