When a document is sent by the professional to be completed by the client, the latter receives a notification in the mobile application.

Here are the steps to complete the document:

  1. Click on the notification.

  2. You will then be redirected to the document fill area.

  3. Once you are ready to send it, click on "publish" ***.

*** Please note, once published it cannot be modified subsequently.

Note that the document will also be available from the mailbox.

When it is to be filled in, an empty box appears. When completed, the box will be filled with green.

❗ If a box is gray, it means that it is automatically filled. It is normal not to be able to add text or numbers to it.

Some documents may have been shared with you on a permanent basis by your professional. If so, follow these steps to complete them:

  1. Click the "+" button.

  2. Choose the option "complete a document".

  3. Choose the document to fill out.

  4. Once you are ready to send it, click "publish".
