Reports allow you to export various items related to Hexfit.

Custom reports

What is a custom report?

Hexfit has a query builder. With it, you can search and filter your data by several criteria. Once done, this data can be exported in “CSV” or “JSON” file formats.


Where can I find custom reports?

  1. Click on the “Reports” tab

  2. Go to the “Custom reports” section

To create a new query, click on “Create a custom report”.

Once designed, the calculations can be reused. They will also be displayed at the bottom of the page.


Create a custom report

  1. Enter a title for your report.

  2. Choose the visibility.

  3. You can select the order in which the data appears.

  4. Select the limit for the number of responses to be obtained. By default, it is set to 10.

  5. If you want to export the responses in CSV or JSON format, click on Export.

  6. To update the query, click on Refresh.

  7. Don't forget to save so you can reuse the query in the future.


Some ideas of what you can do

  • Find out how many programs each of the company's professionals has completed

  • Find out how many clients each professional has

  • Find out the total number of clients the company has

  • You can choose a quantity, an average, a maximum, or a minimum…

  • In short, the limits of what you can analyze depend on your imagination and your needs.


Standard reports

Standard reports are available by default and provide important information about appointments and billing.

You can find balances and paid or unpaid invoices for all your customers in one place.

  1. Go to the administration

  2. Click on the “Reports” tab

  3. Choose the section for which you want more details.​


Exporting data from a document

You can export the responses from a document as a .CSV file for one of your customers or for all of your customers.


Specific customer

You can export all data that has been recorded in a specific document for a customer or group.

Steps:

  1. Select the desired customer or group.

  2. Click on the “Cloud Storage” tab.

  3. Select the file for which you want to export the data.

  4. Click on the “Export” button.

You will then have a “.CSV” file containing all the responses.


For all your customers

It is also possible to export all the responses that have been achieved from a document for all your customers.

Step by step:

  1. Go to the administration section.

  2. Click on the “Documents” tab.

  3. Click on “Actions” to the right of the document for which you want to export the responses.

  4. Click on “Export answers.”

You will then have a “.CSV” file containing all the responses.
