See the existing Intervention Codes
Go to the administration;
Click on the "Intervention codes" tab.
Here you can see all the intervention codes already created.
Create a new intervention code
You can add a new code by clicking on "+ Create" at the top right of the page. You can then save your code and description.
Good to know
All codes beginning with "S" are reserved for interventions created automatically by the system. For example, "SA" means an activity that has been completed by the customer through the mobile application.
The intervention codes that you create are visible and accessible to other members of your company or branch. (depending on your account profile).
