See the existing Intervention Codes
Go to the administration.
Click on the “Interventions” tab.
Here you can see all the intervention codes already created.
Create a new intervention code
You can add a new code by clicking on “+ Create code” at the top right of the page. You can then save your code and description.
💡 Good to knowAll codes beginning with “S” are reserved for interventions created automatically by the system.
For example, “SA” means an activity that has been completed by the customer through the mobile application. |
Visibility
The intervention codes that you create are visible and accessible to other members of your company.
Paid intervention codes
Paid codes are linked to your customer billing. Once used, they are added to your customers' invoices.
Paid codes are linked to a price.
The currency is the same as the one used in your business account ($CAN, EUR, etc.).
💡 Tip
To simplify your searches, add a clear description.
Please note that this service code will be visible on the customer's invoice.
