Step by step:
Click on the “Contacts” tab.
Click on the “My Clients” button.
Select the “All Clients” filter.
You can also choose “All locations” or a specific branch.
The list will change from detailed mode to simplified mode. In addition, the sorting tools appearing above the client selection will be modified.
What can be viewed depends on the profile
Super administrator:
Can access the files of all the company's clients.
Branch Administrator:
Has the same permissions as the Super Administrator, but only for the branch(es) to which they are assigned.
Manager:
Can access the files of all clients in their branch.

💡 TipIf you are not one of the contributors, you can “Join” the folder.
This allows you to perform actions on the account. Otherwise, you will only be able to view this folder.
