You can communicate by chat with your customers by the internal messaging of the software. To do this :

  • Click on the icon represented by speech bubbles visible under a client's profile picture in its "Summary" section. They will therefore receive the message directly in their Hexfit account.

You can also use video conferencing to communicate with your client. To do this:

  • Click on the camera, it is also under the customer's profile picture. You will then have a link to send him to join the meeting.

N.B .: You must have the Hexfit module to use these features.
