Communicate with your clients

In this article, you will find different ways to communicate with your clients.

Messaging

You can communicate with your clients via the software's internal messaging service. This is possible for a single customer or for a group of customers.

To do this, you have several options.


1. From messaging:

  • Simply click on the “Messaging” tab to open the menu.

    • Click on “new” to start a new conversation.

    • Click on the client to continue an existing conversation.


2. From the client file:

  • Click on the “contacts” tab.

  • Choose the desired client or group.

  • Click the chat bubble icon to the right of a client's name in their “Summary” section.


3. From the dashboard:

You can write to your customers directly from an event.

By default, a message will be created by artificial intelligence. You can send it as is, modify it or rewrite it from scratch.


How messaging works

  1. Allows you to send emojis to your customers.

  2. Allows you to send voice messages.

  3. Allows you to share files in the messaging system*.

  4. When you're ready to send a message, click on “Send”.

    You can also use the keyboard shortcut “CTRL + Enter”.

Clicking on a message will give you the option of deleting it.

❗ Note that individual messages can be deleted, but not entire conversations.


💡 If you don't want to miss any messages, it's recommended to enable push notifications.


Send a message to multiple customers at once

When sending a message to a group, it is possible to send it to the whole group. This allows everyone to write and see each other's responses.

It is also possible to send the message “Separately.” All members will receive the message individually and independently. They will only be able to reply to the person who sent the message.

To do this, check the box indicated by the arrow.

💡 If you want to send a message to all your customers, you should create a group and include all your clients.
