Messaging
You can communicate in writing with your clients via the software's internal messaging service. To do this, you have several options:
From messaging:
Simply click on the "Messaging" tab to open the menu.
Click on "new" to start a new conversation.
Click on the client to continue an existing conversation.
2. From the client file:
Click on the "contacts" tab.
Choose the desired client or group.
Click the chat bubble icon to the right of a client's name in their "Summary" section.
3. From the dashboard:
You will be able to write a message to your clients directly from an event.
❗ You will have to go to the messenger to see his answer.

From messaging:
Click on the "Messaging" tab.
Click on the camera at the top right of the message with the desired client.
From the client file:
Click on the "contacts" tab.
Select the desired client or group.
Click the camera icon visible to the right of a client's name in their "Summary" section.
