Messaging

You can communicate in writing with your clients via the software's internal messaging service. To do this, you have several options:

  1. From messaging:

  • Simply click on the "Messaging" tab to open the menu.

    • Click on "new" to start a new conversation.

    • Click on the client to continue an existing conversation.

2. From the client file:

  • Click on the "contacts" tab.

  • Choose the desired client or group.

  • Click the chat bubble icon to the right of a client's name in their "Summary" section.

3. From the dashboard:

  • You will be able to write a message to your clients directly from an event.

❗ You will have to go to the messenger to see his answer.

From messaging:

  • Click on the "Messaging" tab.

  • Click on the camera at the top right of the message with the desired client.


From the client file:

  • Click on the "contacts" tab.

  • Select the desired client or group.

  • Click the camera icon visible to the right of a client's name in their "Summary" section.
