Messaging
You can communicate in writing with your clients via the software's internal messaging service. To do this, you have several options:
This is possible for a single customer or for a group of customers.
1. From messaging:
- Simply click on the “Messaging” tab to open the menu. - Click on “new” to start a new conversation. 
- Click on the client to continue an existing conversation. 
 
2. From the client file:
- Click on the “contacts” tab. 
- Choose the desired client or group. 
- Click the chat bubble icon to the right of a client's name in their “Summary” section. 
3. From the dashboard:
You can write to your customers directly from an event.
By default, a message will be created by artificial intelligence. You can send it as is, modify it or rewrite it from scratch.
How messaging works
- Allows you to send emojis to your customers. 
- Allows you to send voice messages. 
- Allows you to share files in the messaging system*. 
 
- When you're ready to send a message, click on “Send”. - You can also use the keyboard shortcut “CTRL + Enter”. 
Clicking on a message will give you the option of deleting it.
