I have reached the customer limit for my plan

Some plans impose a customer limit. If this is the case, here are some possible solutions if you exceed it.

Delete an archived customer

Archived customers count towards your total so you can delete them to free up space in your customer limit.

Once the customer has been archived, they can be deleted or restored as active.

  1. Click on the “Contacts” tab.

  2. Click on the “Active” button and select the “Archived” option.

  3. Select the desired customer.

  4. Click on the “Actions” button and then click on “Delete”.

💡 The “Dummy” account (the customer account with your name created by default) also counts towards your total.

In some cases, it may be appropriate to delete it.


Change your plan
